Our Threaded Flanges are precision forged from high-quality ASTM A105n carbon steel and premium stainless steel grades 304 and 316. Designed to meet stringent industry standards, these flanges feature a butt-weld (BW) forged body combined with a threaded (screwed) bore, providing robust mechanical strength along with ease of installation without welding.
The Raised Face (RF) design ensures reliable sealing performance with compatible gaskets, suitable for a wide range of piping systems including oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, and HVAC applications.
Manufactured according to ASTM and ASME standards, our threaded flanges offer excellent corrosion resistance (especially the stainless steel variants), dimensional accuracy, and long service life.
